Going into our first time home buying experience, we had no idea what to expect. We quickly realized that we were buying a home in the most competitive market in the last few years and I remember saying, “This is going to be dog eat dog, isn’t it?” And Nancy replied, “It might be…but I am a pitbull and I will fight for you.” And she meant it. Every question we had, she had an answer. Every house we were interested in, she did a thorough write up review. Every time we asked her to come up to Pennsylvania to tour, she would enthusiastically say “Yup, what time works for you”. This was undoubtably a long, difficult, and at some times heart breaking experience - but Nancy always assured us “our perfect home was coming” and now, being in our truly perfect home for 2 months, back in the town we grew up in (which was a total 180 from what we thought we wanted at the start of the search!!) I can confidently confirm that Nancy was right and we ended up just where we should have been all along.
