Nancy initially earned my business because or her rapid response to my request on Zillow, posted when my usual realtor did not respond in a timely manner. The challenge was to sell my more problematic, lower priced rental property. Nancy's timeliness and her subsequent excellence in negotiating the sale of that condo resulted in a referral to my daughter who engaged her to sell two of her higher priced homes in one year. She later managed the sale of my own permanent residence which sold within 1 1/2 weeks just this month. Of course, I've now asked Nancy to be my realtor for my new construction home because she has consistently proven herself to be masterful in solving problems, negotiating, and gives solid, wise advice during the whole process.
