Nancy is personable, hard working, knows almost all the answers, and if she doesn't, finds them and reports back in a timely manner! Her knowledge of local contacts is invaluable! She never leaves things to chance! If I were ever to list a home in the area, she would be my only choice, because she doesn't just list a property, she makes it her goal to know the property, sees the potential and will find the right buyer for the home.
