In February, before COVID-19 became a real issue, my renter asked to purchase my property. I contacted Nancy, she got in touch with him and started the process, then everything was put on hold. Being the consummate professional, Nancy guided the buyer to the right people and answered all of his questions. I had no idea what to expect or how being out of state would impact the process, but Nancy's expertise and help gave me confidence that everything would go well. On closing day, things went very smoothly because of Nancy's help preparing me.
