During this process we found a home and put a contract on it, but had a family health emergency that we had to back out of the contract and Nancy was amazing to help us end the contract without any penalties. Even after we eventually found the right home and finalized the sale, she is still providing us with information anytime we call about good local house repair and upgrade services.
