Nancy “caught a fly ball” for us when the seller’s agent tried to back out of our signed contract - earnest funds wired - because the sellers received a higher bid AFTER ours was accepted! Only due to Nancy’s years of experience was she able to stop that about face in its tracks. This other, very “green” agent was totally clueless and we would have had to begin our search ( from out of state) all over again! Without going into detail, Nancy made a very classy move to calm the sellers’ greedy disappointment- while also teaching their agent what ought to be a very valuable lesson. All along the process, Nancy made things incredibly easy for us, who,e we were in the midst of putting our home on the market. When things/documents/deadlines were flying in left and right, Nancy was the calming voice of experience that kept things on track.
