This is the 2nd time I have used Nancy for a sale on a property. Just as she did with the first sale she was always available to a answer questions and give great advice on how to get the best pricing and quick sale. Couldn't have expected any better service than I received!!! Do not hesitate to use Nancy for your purchase or sale of a propert!!
Nancy is definitely the realtor you need and want, helped us with our last three properties(1 an commercial property). She is hard working, knowledge, dependable, and honest, thanks again Nancy!
She was very attentive to my needs. She was professional yet treated me like a friend. She had helpful resources and recommendations for attorneys and inspectors. She knows her business.
Nancy kept us informed every step of the way and was a great negotiator. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends!
Overall, Nancy was very professional but at the same time, was very personable and informative. We never felt like we were not involved. She always took the time to answer questions and explain everything in a manner that was easy to understand. What could have been a very trying and arduous process, turned out to be fairly pleasurable. We would certainly use Nancy again to handle our real estate needs and would also recommend her services to friends and relatives.
