It's hard to express just how easy Nancy made the selling experience. We had met her via mutual friends long before we were ready to list. When we became more serious about listing, we didn't have to call her. She called just to check in to see how we were doing on our next visit to Spruce Creek from our home in New Hampshire. We were preparing to sell our Dad's home that he was unable to return to due to his declining health. We made an appointment to sit with her in the home and listened as she gave us an extensive assessment of the current market, a summary of all homes for sale, an overview of recent sales, and a very detailed description of her marketing strategy and how we would be served if we chose her as our agent to list, sell and close the property. Once we decided the time was right we gave Nancy a call, we agreed on an asking price, she immediately set about all the details to put our Dad's home in the best light from photographs to marketing literature, scheduling open houses every weekend, and providing us with very concise and informative impressions about buyers interest. Because we were in New Hampshire with things needing to be done at the house, she communicated with local contractors on our behalf and checking on their work to make sure all was right with things. But that was not all. We needed to spruce up the landscaping and took advantage of one of her hobbies and thankfully enjoyed her paying for and planting many small shrubs and plants we hadn't the time to do ourselves. I was amazed at her willingness to do this. She was instrumental in our successful hangar sale where she provided her advertising skills and know how. She arranged with the homeowners association to make available tables and chairs for the sale and on the day of, she was there from start to finish helping us with the throngs and also picking up leads in a very relaxed way. Truly amazing. Not to mention perfect communication throughout and perfect execution at closing!!!
