When we first met Nancy she was in our area putting out flyers, I believe, for the houses around the neighborhood she was showing. I told her that we had been thinking about selling in the near future and she asked if we would keep her in mind. When we finally decided to sell she had been in an accident and was unavailable at that time. The person we hired to sell our property was new to the business and just not very GOOD. After having the property listed for around 6 months we decided to rent it. At the end of the first years lease our renters moved out and at that time Ms DuShane-Bank was available.
