Nancy was an amazing help in getting our home ready to sell. As it turns out, my husband had to relocate from southern CA, to a different state to start work with another company. He had to leave and I stayed in order to get our home on the market. I interviewed several different realtors to see what they would tell me. She was knowledgeable about termite inspections and any other type of required inspection that could be needed. Literally, there are hundreds of details that you just don't think about when you are faced with selling a home. Nancy is very capable in all these areas. It is such a relief to have her looking out for all the details. There was so much to do, and Nancy DuShane-Bank did it. Basically, we just moved out and she took over the hassle of getting the painting & new carpet and anything else that was needed. She held open houses very often. At the time the housing market was down. Nancy went above and beyond the call of duty in order to keep our home in prime interest with other realtors, too. When people looked at our home, she pointed out all the positive features. She created an amazing virtual tour photo gallery, featuring all the details of our home. I'd have to say that Nancy was by far the most positive experience dealing with a realtor. She had knowledge of the area, real estate procedures and explained all paperwork we dealt with in detail. Always had a positive attitude, was on time for meetings, kept me informed through the whole process and priced my house aggressively, it sold the first day it went on the market.
