Nancy is very organized, great personality and she listened to what was important to us in finding our perfect home. We looked at over 30 homes in 3 1/2 days, Nancy knew we only had that many days to look she had a notebook with all the homes we were interested in and a road map of each place so we wouldn't waste time she timed the distance from one place to another made the appointment accordingly. Worked out perfect, didn't have one problem. It was long days but it was so worth it, thanks to Nancy we found our beautiful new home We live out of state and Nancy handled everything she went above and beyond. The purchase of our new home was stress free for us, it was the easiest purchase we have ever had. Best experience ever! Already recommended to a friend.

Nancy Honderich Dietrich is the best real estate agent I have ever had. I live in a different state but have been to Florida and knew the area I wanted to be in. She looked at every house I asked her to send photos of anything concerning. Got me a company to do closing and it was all done sight but not present.
