Since day one Nancy has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. Our experience began back in 2019 where I had inquired on a foreclosure which Nancy happen to be the listing agent for the home. After deciding to pursue with submitting an offer we ended up waiting roughly 10 months only to find out the seller had legal issues that were pending. Nancy is very organized, great personality and she listened to what was important to us in finding our perfect home. We looked at over 30 homes in 3 1/2 days, Nancy knew we only had that many days to look she had a notebook with all the homes we were interested in and a road map of each place so we wouldn't waste time she timed the distance from one place to another made the appointment accordingly. She communicates very efficiently and is proactive in getting the information that I requested.
