Since day one Nancy has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. Our experience began back in 2019 where I had inquired on a foreclosure which Nancy happen to be the listing agent for the home. After deciding to pursue with submitting an offer we ended up waiting roughly 10 months only to find out the seller had legal issues that were pending. During the 10 months Nancy was always making sure to keep me updated on any new developments no matter how small. After waiting for so long I finally decided to retract my offer and keep Nancy as my agent.
