Nancy is the BEST!

We are both real estate brokers licensed in the state of California. We are no longer serving clients so we needed a Realtor who is fully knowledgeable with the current market. Nancy is so accomplished, personable, on top of the market & smart to boot. She is also genuinely courteous & helpful. She gave us a selling price that we thought was too high, in fact much higher than another popular Realtor in the area suggested. We were fortunate to listen to Nancy as she showed us she was in command of the market. Our condo sold for a much higher price than we listed it for and in only a few days on the market.
