We had spent over a year looking to buy a house before selling our house. It was getting very frustrating until we met Nancy who was showing a house that our Realtor brought us to see. We noticed right away that she was more concerned about our needs rather than selling the house we came to see that was not the right fit. From that day on we switched to using Nancy and in no time she found us the perfect place. Helped us in the negotiation process and brough our attention to many hidden details. The next phase was the scary one we just put pen to paper buying the new home and we were so worried that we were not going to sell our old home fast enough. Nancy spent so much time in staging our home covering every detail down to the place settings on the table and throw pillows. Still worried we were but Nancy seemed very sure that it would be fine. Nancy spent a lot of resourses, time and effort to be sure to attract potential buyers for the first open house. She did so well that the first person that walked in put an offer in followed by 5 more offers in just 3 days. Amazed and shocked we were that is all went so smooth and fast. The year of searching for a house leading up to the time before we met Nancy was very stressful. Once she took over it became a pleasant and fun thing to search for a new home. And this is how it should be. I hope future buyers don't miss out on the fun and excitement of home buying because it is something you only get to do a couple of times in life so be sure that the person or people helping and guiding you are great ones, and no doubt Nancy Catalano is a great one.
