We had Nancy as our agent when my wife and I were looking to move to the Riverbank/Modesto area. From the start, she was very informative and very detailed. She helped us sell our old home while looking for and showing us our new home. She not only helped us get our home ready to sell but also brought in a great photographer to take pictures of our home to get ready to sell. From my experience, she knows the Riverbank and Modesto area very well and was able to show us multiple locations and tell us about the school districts and what was a good location and not such a good location. The seller of the new house we wanted was difficult and took a long time to respond on multiple occasions, but Nancy was very good at keeping them on track and having them meet the timeframes we needed. We ended up getting our home sold as well as getting the home we wanted in Riverbank after looking at homes all over. Nancy was a godsend and really was able to help us through every step of the process. The new home we purchased had a small leak in the roof and Nancy did not shy away from Negotiating and getting that covered for us. She was very professional and punctual. If I ever go to sell or buy a new home she will be the first one I talk with due to her knowledge and work ethic.

She was extremely helpful in every way, from learning what i was looking for to returning my calls almost immediately ,that is if she didnt answer, which was rare. She helped me along the whole way and was so patient with me as i had very specific things i was looking for. On top of all that she taught me a lot about what to look for and shy away from. Nancy handled both selling our home and getting us a home. She had to sell our home 2x, first one was lost due to a death of our buyer but she still sold it a 2nd time within a few weeks so we wouldn't lose our home that we we're buying also.
