I received a list of recommended realtors from my bank lender and Nancy was one of them. After talking to Nancy on the phone for about 30 minutes I knew she was the one to go with! I love that she was very helpful and explained everything to us as first time home buyers. I really felt like she got to know us and what we were looking for. We had Nancy as our agent when my wife and I were looking to move to the Riverbank/Modesto area. From the start, she was very informative and very detailed. She helped us sell our old home while looking for and showing us our new home. She not only helped us get our home ready to sell but also brought in a great photographer to take pictures of our home to get ready to sell. From my experience, she knows the Riverbank and Modesto area very well and was able to show us multiple locations and tell us about the school districts and what was a good location and not such a good location. The seller of the new house we wanted was difficult and took a long time to respond on multiple occasions, but Nancy was very good at keeping them on track and having them meet the timeframes we needed. We ended up getting our home sold as well as getting the home we wanted in Riverbank after looking at homes all over. Nancy was a godsend and really was able to help us through every step of the process. The new home we purchased had a small leak in the roof and Nancy did not shy away from Negotiating and getting that covered for us. She was very professional and punctual.
