Persistence in the face of a challenging market
Nancy performed admirably, holding open houses, contacting and following up with other agents and securing estimates for needed repairs after the home inspection. Her diligence resulted in my support of her over 6 months. She was instrumental in representing my interests in securing work completion from a handy man i hired and paid prior to our departure in july 2024.
