Nancy was.very helpful handling needed repairs and finding people to do them while I was clear across the country and it wasn't the best time to sell. But she made every effort to get it sold. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Nancy is the best! My wife and I had never been to Montana but after a ton of research settled on Billings for our forever home. I flew out to Billings in February of last year and met with a number of agents. Nancy set her self apart by paying attention to the things that were important to Evelyn and I. Chief among those was our dog and how he would get in and out of the house. Over several months Nancy suggested properties and we sent her homes that we found on Zillow. Nancy and her team recorded a video walk through on dozens of properties sometimes multiple times in the same day. Throughout the process Nancy made us feel supported and gave us honest assessments of the property. When we finally decided on the perfect house she worked tirelessly to get the deal done. We continue to lean on our relationship with Nancy for recommendations on services all new home owners need like lawn service and electricians, and contractors. What of my favorite things about working with Nancy is that she has investment properties herself. Obviously her investment knowledge is a big help to me when I'm buying rentals, but it also gives the average buyer or seller of their personal residence an advantage when using her. Since Nancy is involved in the investment game, she understands financing, construction, and the psychology of buyers and sellers much better than she would as just an average retail agent.
