About Nancy

I began my career in real estate in 1979 in the Property Management sector, working as a Rental/Property Manager for Corcoran Management Co. at Stratton Hill Park in Worcester and Shrewsbury Commons. In the late 80’s, I became a real estate sales associate and began my start in real estate sales. My past work history also includes extensive sales/marketing experience, as marketing coordinator for many years, for the Worcester based Walker Scientific Inc., part of the O.S. Walker/Walker Magnetics Group. This sales and marketing experience has proved invaluable in my real estate ventures in presenting properties for sale to the buying public. With 20+ years experience in real estate sales and property management, I have seen many changes through the years. From market conditions and trends, financing rates and options, client representation, the impact of the internet and social media in real estate and more. But my goals remain the same. To work hard to provide expert guidance from start to finish through every stage of the realty transaction. Go above and beyond in providing quality customer service and attention to detail for each and every client in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
