Nancy is the most knowledgeable and professional agent I have ever worked with. She kept me and entire process on track and things went very smooth.

My wife and I recently purchased a lake home and hadn't bought or sold any property of any kind in 25+ years. There was a lot we didn't know about current procedure and while we have lived in the area for nearly 30 years, we quickly learned there was more to know. We had known of Nancy Barr, for some time but had never had the opportunity to work with her but knew her to be a talented and experienced agent; she always seemed to represent quality homes/properties and they never stuck around for long before having a "sold" sign. The fact that Nancy, also had the listing on the home we purchased provided for advances insights into the property, the seller, and what we could expect with this home. In contacting Nancy, she was quick to respond, welcoming in the conversation, and always patient no matter the question. Nancy made it a point of knowing the history of the property from well to septic to structure to the grand history surrounding stories of the property itself. There may have even been a ghost story shared. Needless to say, we loved the 'entire package', ghosts and all. (ok ,there were no ghosts) We called Nancy on a Sunday night, she met us Monday, put in our offer Tuesday, and by Wednesday at lunch time our offer had been accepted....just that easy. Well, easy for us but I'm sure we challenged Nancy, with countless questions that she responded to with ease. Finally, even though we closed a couple of weeks ago I would now consider Nancy, to be a friend of our family; someone we can and "will" call with questions we may have or if we're looking for any type of referral for work we'd like to have done at the property. I'd recommend Nancy....no question!

Nancy was very thorough in finding area comps. She always explained why homes were listed at the price they were. When we needed a professional electrician to complete an upgrade, she had a few options for us to choose from and offered to contact them on our behalf. When we had questions, no matter what it was about, she always got us the answer, and did so very promptly! She had a great sense of humor. She worked around our busy schedules always, even allowing us to do the necessary paperwork at her home since we are not computer savvy. She is a great person! We highly recommend her!!
