Nancy went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I am 85 years old and have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime, in other words this "was not my first rodeo" . I never expected to receive the amount of time and effort that this lady put fourth, it was reminiscent of how people worked in the old days. I was lucky to have her particularly when you consider that the property was in Massachusetts and I live in Florida. To say that she made it seam easy is a understatement. Making recommendations can be risky but not in Nancy's case, I would recommend her with utmost confidence. Gerald Abrams
