Nancy went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I am 85 years old and have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime, in other words this "was not my first rodeo" . I never expected to receive the amount of time and effort that this lady put fourth, it was reminiscent of how people worked in the old days. Nancy was a great resource for every aspect of selling my Mom's house. She had terrific contacts for everything we needed- including contractors, painters, junk removal,landscapers, etc which we needed to get the house ready for sale. Nancy staged the house and dealt with the transitions needed within this new Covid market, including the virtual presentation- all at no additional cost. Not only did Nancy facilitate the prep to get the house on the market, but she worked well into the night to finalize P&S agreements when very minute details needed to be finalized.
