Nancie had sold a friend's home, so we thought we would meet with her to discuss the sale of our home. She was thorough in her explanation as to how our home would be presented on the market and she was reasonable relative to her charges. She did excellent research and priced our home very competitively. Our home was presented in a better light than most others on the market and we had offers within 3 days, all above our asking price. Although we had bought and purchased over 15 homes in our lifetimes, this transaction was the most contentious by far. The buyer and their agent were demanding, as well as disrespectful, yet Nancie was able to negotiate our way through all the challenges they presented to us. Nancie constantly kept us apprised of every step of the process and is a true professional in her field. She has the knowledge, the personality and the expertise to guide any buyer or seller successfully through the real estate process. We've worked with many agents over the years, but none as good as her.

Nancie has been an amazing asset to our home search. She was very pleasant, helpful, and supportive through out. From the very beginning she was always willing to help, even prior to working directly with us. Our journey took 8 months before finding a home and throughout the process she remained patient with us. Anytime there was a home we were interested in, we could easily call her and she would arrange for us to see it as soon as possible. She was able to identify the types of houses we were looking for, and would keep us informed if there was a house we might have missed. She provided us with knowledge and insight we didn't have before embarking on this journey, and we learned a lot from her experience. Whenever we put an offer in she was willing to help us understand all the paperwork, and answer any questions that came up. We would highly recommend Nancie, especially if you have little experience in looking for a home.
