I wish I could give Nadine 10 STARS!!!. Nadine was referred to us from Darla Light who assisted us in purchasing and building our dream home. Unfortunately due to a job move we had to relocate. From the very beginning Nadine was professional, upfront and honest. She is VERY knowledgeable about market trends and the overall real estate market for the Northwest. Throughout the entire process Nadine made recommendations for pricing and was Always available for question and answer sessions. Her strategy was on point and even in a very tough market during Covid 19, she was able to attract buyers and within a short amount of time, had the house sold. I have additional properties to sell at some point, and Yes, she is our realtor of choice. Thanks Nadine!!!

Nadine is a true professional at her craft. Once we had found the home we wanted she worked with the sellers to negotiate a great price and worked in a number of repairs for the sellers to make prior to closing. She is a great communicator and helped us every step of the way.

Living out of state and selling a home we had not seen in years could have been quite a challenge, but Nadine kept us informed on a regular basis by both email and phone. To make our sale even more difficult was the fact that our renters had left the home in terrible condition. Nadine assisted with almost every aspect of making the house saleable. She was knowledgeable in regard to other similar properties, the market in general, and all of the applicable rules and laws. She was patient with all of our questions, never once making us feel awkward for not knowing something. Nadine explained the paperwork and "held our hands" during this most difficult process. Even a VERY last minute decision on our part to do a 1031 exchange did not phase her! She also sold our daughter's house with equal success. Nadine is a fantastic realtor! She helped us give a competitive offer within our budget to buy a house in literally no time! There were multiple offers on the house and she led us down the right path. Nadine is very responsive and was always only one call away. We knew if she didn't answer her phone we would be receiving a call back from her within the hour. She also called us about a week after we bought our house just to make sure everything was ok. She stayed with us even after the sale was final. We definitely recommend Nadine!
