Great experience from start to finish!

Marie Ayers is a wonderful, trusted agent that I keep returning to over the years for buying AND selling homes-- several times over. There is no one out there who has their thumb to the pulse of the housing market near/far/and broad like she does. She's unmatched in her knowledge, always seeming to have an answer to ANY question I have. And any questions she doesn't immediately know an answer to, she always has within an hour or two. She's very professional, and I don't think this lady ever rests, as she's never fails to take or return a call. She's VERY honest and her advice is invaluable: advising everyone fairly and honestly, and she'll never just tell you what she thinks you WANT to hear just to make a quick sale. For buyers, you absolutely can't go wrong as she will always land the perfect home for you that is within your means and prepare you for things you had never even considered. For sellers, she's worth her weight in gold (and definitely MORE than any closing cost could ever be) and will NEVER undervalue your home for a quick and easy sale. And to either side, her experience, knowledge and transparency alone makes picking her as your agent the wisest choice you can make in your homebuying/selling experience. And even though this shouldn't even be a factor: she's always very kind, courteous, polite, and professional. If you're about to make a bad decision, she's able to let you know (and she absolutely will, rest assured) without making you feel like an idiot. In my experience with her throughout the years, it's almost as if she has treated me like I'm family.
