If you are looking for a Realtor look no further. Myriam is amazing to work with. She is very attentive to what your needs and wants are for buying or selling your home. I listed my property with her just prior to COVID-19 causing stay-at-home orders went into place, I was extremely nervous whether this was the best time to sell my place, Myriam assured me the timing was perfect. We had an open house with great turnout, prior to stay-at-home orders were in place, but no nibbles. Myriam was extremely proactive with promoting my home with local advertising, connecting with other Realtors and spreading word via social mediums. She found a way to circumnavigate through a pandemic to get the word out about my home. We discussed strategy and how to move forward, her communication skills are tremendous. Myriam's experience is truly on display while working with you, she never wavered and was determined to make my experience a positive one, which she did. I would recommend Myriam to both family and friends. She's truly amazing!
