We had an open house with great turnout, prior to stay-at-home orders were in place, but no nibbles. Myriam was extremely proactive with promoting my home with local advertising, connecting with other Realtors and spreading word via social mediums. She found a way to circumnavigate through a pandemic to get the word out about my home. We discussed strategy and how to move forward, her communication skills are tremendous.
