I'm not even sure where to start. My first time meeting Myra, I was completely blown away! She was so organized and prepared! She came with folders full of details on each house we saw each time we visited any houses! She advised us to take notes (as I was a first time home buyer) and answered any questions we had! She was extremely knowledgeable and any question she didn't know the answer to, she made sure to ask and research and provided us with an answer the same day. She is such a sweetheart and she did everything in her power to make sure we got the house we fell in love with! She was up late at night and early in the morning working with us! Although we weren't, she made us feel like we were her only clients because she worked so diligently! She is always quick to respond and attentive to whatever her clients desire in a home. I could go on and on all day speaking on how great Myra is! I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home! If I could give her more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Myra help my husband and I purchase our first home in GA while we were in TX. She made sure we had a stress free and joyful experience. We couldn’t make it to a lot of the showings so she would FaceTime us and explain everything she was seeing. We decided to get our home built. While our home was getting built, Myra made sure we were able to see the entire process...while we were in TX. She went above and beyond to take pics, shoot videos, and FaceTime us during the entire home buying process. She even made sure that we had enough help to move in after closing. Myra Kibler is the best. I had been looking at properties online for some time. When I finally found one of interest, I filled in info online. It was Myra who reached out to me. We arranged to meet the following day at the place I was interested in. My GPS kept sending me in circles but she was patient and waited until I arrived. I did not choose the first place, nor the second, nor the third, and quite truthfully lost count. That said, each and every time I wanted to look at a property, Myra made it happen. Many times we would meet at a central point and she would even drive me from place to place. She never complained and I swear I never saw her in a bad mood. After six months, she and I met at the place I now reside. I said this is the "one". She even went out of her way to speak with residents (at any place we looked at and would talk with us) to get the pros and cons of the neighborhood, etc. She helped navigate through the myriad of paperwork and negotiations. I could call or text her anytime and she was always very prompt in responding. At the closing, it was a blast. The attorney who handled the closing knew her and made everything so easy and quick. At the end of the day, the Seller, Myra Kibler, and I went to a restaurant nearby and celebrated. She became a true friend. I even made sure I got a "whole bunch" of her business cards. When anyone asks me if I know of a good realtor that can help them, there is only one: "MYRA KIBLER" This was my 5th home purchase over my life span but it is never an easy task. Myra always made it enjoyable and I was actually kind of sad when my house hunting with her came to an end. She even put together an "awesome" binder with all of the relevant documents , home inspection, warranties, and pictures. Who does that for you?
