I just don’t know where to start about Ms. Myra! She was literally a Godsend! Her knowledge and casual, but informed approach was so helpful to my husband, and I‘s first home purchase. In a market like Atlanta’s, where most professionals in the real estate business are hard to reach over phone at the first attempt, Myra has been an exception. Trust me, she is always reachable! Always! Phone, text, email, neme it. Communication and reachability goes without sayIng! And that’s a very crucial factor because when a concern or question troubles you as a buyer at an off hour of the day/night the very first tendency is to dial up your agent and get it clarified. And I must say few can meet the levels of standards that Myra sets in this regard. I mean, she is always there for you! Always. And not only on the reqchability, but as I said, on the knowledge levels equally well. Believe me when I say, she knows it all. She is a professional, whose every piece of advise is so balanced that everyone associated with the deal (including the sellers and their agent) get their chance of fair play. None of her suggestions were ambiguous or partial or even biased. Such can only be expected of a mature professional and a knowledgeable human being. It allowed and helped us make rational decisions even when it came to negotiations with the sellers. And lastly, her resourcefulness is just brilliant. She can practically help us with anything and anybody we need, starting from a property inspector to a roofer. And engaging in business with some of such contacts she provided to us were some of our best choices! I know it’s a long review, and those of you who made it this far deserve my appreciations. Not because you have patiently read my lines, but because you have actually read about a lady who we have a lot and lot to learn from. Myra was always available to answer our questions; even if she had other commitments, she made time for us. We had great recommendations for services like photography, and the quality of the listing blew us away. We had nearly back to back showings for days on end and finally selected an above-asking all cash offer.
