Mylene Merlo

We first used Mylene when we were house hunting in 2016. We had already tried 4 or 5 other realtors during this search, with nothing to show for a year of searching. Mylene truly listens to her clients and doesn't waste time with trying to show/sell homes that don't match the client's needs and desires. She is also very patient and as honest as the day is long! She is a jewel to work with and I will never use another realtor. She is constantly striving to help us achieve our dreams, as we again begin searching for a new place to move to.

Mylene is hands down the best realtor. I first called Mylene 3 yrs ago asking for help to know if we could afford a house. She helped me make a plan to get financially ready. One year later, we were ready to buy. We bought a starter home, a condo. Fast forward two years, and we were ready to sell our condo and move to a real home. Mylene was there for us again. I want to really emphasize how much she goes beyond what you would expect, in order to get you prepared for every contingency and to get you the best outcome. I felt fully prepared for every step of the process, and was able to contact her with any questions I had about things that inevitably popped up. I made full use of this to make sure I was not confused about anything. Finding the right home can be exhausting, but Mylene is there every step of the way. She encouraged us not to get discouraged and kept us looking so that we would know what we wanted when the time came. Then we found the perfect house for us. It fit us just right. She worked very hard to make sure our offer was the one accepted, and we bought our forever home. During the looking process, she worked way overtime to help us find a buyer for our condo. She coordinated with the buyer's agent to keep the process as smooth for us as possible. Her people skills and communication skills are some of the best I've ever seen. I really can't put into words how much she does. She is exhaustive in her efforts to assist your process of buying or selling your home. There are just all these little things that she takes care of that you would never think of yourself. Don't look anywhere else for a realtor. If you are Buying or Selling, she's your best option. Very highly recommended.

Mylene is an expert Real Estate professional who made our selling transaction seamless from beginning to end. Our home sold for a record-high selling price in our subdivision beating out homes that had more square footage than ours. Mylene did a great job keeping us in the loop every step of the way and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Mylene — she got us top dollar for our home in record time.

Consider taking advantage of her referrals (mortgage broker, home inspection, landscaper, handman etc). We did and have been very please. Saved time here too.
