We had a great experience working with Skip to navigate our move from California. He was quick to schedule a zoom call with us to talk us through how the process would work and gave us some good info on Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We came to town for a weekend to see houses. On the first day we saw a new construction that we liked in Rio Rancho. Based on that, he pivoted and focused our second day on similar properties. We went back to that house we had liked, confident that we had been given a good look at what was in the market and that we had found our new home. His team was able to handle all of our walk throughs with us on FaceTime and was super detail oriented. And he was always quick to respond when we had any questions. It was a really good experience.
Skip is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Albuquerque area real estate market. He is always professional and and a great communicator. He even does helpful YouTube videos to explain different aspects of the area and it’s neighborhoods. We moved from the Denver area and Skip is a master at relocations from out of state. We also had a great experience with Dave a member of Skip’s team!
We were introduced to Skip from his "SoldbySkip" Youtube videos about real estate in Albuquerque (ABQ), NM. We loved that he grew up there, knew the entire area and he would tell the good AND bad about things. When we arrived in ABQ to house hunt it was a very hot market. We were enamored by one certain area, but the houses were being bid up beyond asking and disappearing very quickly. Skip had his 2 wonderful team members Dave and Amanda pick some showings in a different area where we could get more for our money. The first house we saw the next day was the PERFECT pick for us! We didn't even bother to see the others. Skip definitely "got us" and what we were looking for. We made an offer and it was Skip's very strategic negotiating that finally won us this house! (We suggested he negotiate for world peace!) Throughout the month until closing day, Skip and his team were available and responsive to any communication from us, even in the evenings and on weekends. He also recommended a mortgage company and title company and everyone involved in this deal was ON IT! We have never seen a deal get to closing so speedily and efficiently, and we've been involved in several real estate deals. All I can say is that our previous experiences with realtors were that they would show you houses house and then just wait for the closing to get their check. Skip and his team were an entirely different and wonderful experience. We've already sent 2 potential buyers to this firm.
