From the first minute of talking and meeting Skip he was so personable, extremely knowledgeable, accurate with his knowledge of the Albuquerque area, he promptly got back to me when I would call or text. Skip guided me through the entire buying process from beginning to end and he left no stone unturned. Skip is not only an amazing realtor but more importantly he’s a wonderful person, fun to be around, cracking jokes, laughing and having fun during the buying process. It was also a privilege to be around Skip during the buying process when him and his wonder and awesome wife had their first baby. We “met” Skip through his You Tube series on the Albuquerque area and were very impressed with his knowledge and love for the area. With that (and his “let’s make this work” attitude, we were able to find a home we were thrilled with inside of a week!

Found Sold by Skip’s Youtube channel during Covid furlough in 2020, and once I decided on a move to Albuquerque and got to town, I contacted Skip. Within 2 months we had the closing on my new home! Most importantly, as with any service business, Skip has contacts for literally everything!
