Motoko patiently guided us through the process from beginning the search for a home to finally buying the house that is perfect for our family. We didn't make it easy for her. We wanted so many things within our budget that we weren't sure were possibly. My wife and I continuously put forward new ideas and considerations, and Motoko would adjust and fine tune our search to what we really wanted throughout the 2 months of searching for a home. She gently made suggestions and kept us updated on houses as soon as they came on the market. This was particularly important for us because the home we bought had only been made available the day before we looked at it. Motoko was great at helping us understanding the market of an area we were interested in, and what changes in the foreseeable future were coming to that same area. With Motoko's knowledge of Atlanta, and up-to-date knowledge of changes happening in the different neighborhoods, she would point out the plusses and minuses of every house (or town home) and area of the city we would look at. She was available for our questions. She would make herself available for homes we wanted to see- sometimes with very little notice. All-the-while Motoko was kind and upbeat during the many ups and downs of our search. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

During the due diligence and negotiation period, Motoko helped us negotiate with the seller’s agent and walked us through the inspection report, and answered all of the questions we had.
