At the very beginning Mo, only communicated with my husband until I told him. This is a joint venture between me and my husband. Then he started communicating with us both. I watched this house for several months of it being on the market. It went pending to another couple, which I was very upset about. Then, it went back on the market. And we finally got the house of our dreams. The only downfall was when we were trying to close. They had 38 days for us to get information,from us they needed. Which they left until the last 10 days or so for us to get this information. We are so happy. We hung out to get this beautiful house.

Mo was very helpful in closing a deal with sellers that were in an unusual situation. He was able to work out the details and help close the deal.
