Moriah Blue

I met Moriah Blue almost two years ago when she helped my son and his partner buy a home in Nevada City. I liked her immediately and when it came time for me to buy a home here, I gave her a call. She went right to work and showed me house after house. What struck me was her kindness, positive outlook, professionalism and her incredible patience for someone who took a year and a half to find the right home. It was quite a long process and she remained consistent throughout. When I finally made an offer on my dream retirement home, she went to bat for my needs and made sure I got answers to my many questions. She and her business partner, Kelly, are a great team and team players. When Moriah was unavailable, Kelly stepped in with the same professionalism. I highly recommend Moriah Blue and the "Two Birds Home" team!!

As a first-time home buyer from outside the Nevada County area, all odds were against us, but we somehow got miraculously connected with Kelly, and man, were we grateful. She invited us in, provided countless local resources, helped us navigate the community, and just connected with us on a level that we weren't expecting from an agent/buyer relationship. We would happily encourage anyone out there to go with this mighty duo for all of your real estate needs. Our only downside was that we found and purchased our beautiful Nevada City home too quickly and we didn't get more touring time with Kelly. haha! What a wonderful experience that we are lucky to have had.
