Worked with him from a different state, he saved us a lot of time, flights and headaches. He understood what we wanted and needed before we knew it. His job was to push back on choices that would not be optimal for me. That includes the quality of the soil, of the water, that info was critical for us to make decisions. He was essential in getting the right people for the inspections and repairs, worked with them to make sure I would get what I wanted. Once we chose the property he played an important role making sure nobody would get emotional during the negotiations, he was always there with reality checks. He is a man that earned my trust since the beginning, also got my respect because his communication style including the listening capabilities.
