Morgan navigated a complicated sale of our home and purchase on a new home, when many agents would have failed to complete this process. When we went to sell our long-time home, we sold to someone in the community who was unrepresented. Morgan was extremely professional in representing our best interests in this matter as well as being extremely forthcoming, professional, and facilitating to the Buyer of our home. Many issues arose with the lender (which was a friend trying to launch their Mortgage Lending career and NOT Morgan's suggestion), as well as other items which made the deal untraditional and complicated.
