Morena Cohan is an outstanding realtor and she is an expert in relocation moves. She went above and beyond, coming to our house to discuss a marketing plan, to brainstorm the necessary "fixes" to obtain the best price for the home, and she listened to our needs to create a timeline to get the home to market quickly. She did her homework, provided us comps and gave her professional opinion so that we felt confident in our initial asking price. All offers were at or above asking price, and the house sold in less than two weeks! In addition, she organized and scheduled professionals, including landscaping, painters, and home stagers in a timely manner. She communicated effectively to ease our overall stress of selling the home quickly. She made the effort to communicate in person, which we really valued.
