When Morena first called us we knew immediately that we wanted her to handle the sale of our mother's home! She was so personable, humble, and energized! When she met with us we saw just how professional she was as well. Dressed impeccably, she went on to explain how she and Sotheby's could meet our needs. Knowing that it was an older home and that our mother had just passed, she was very gentle, tactful and informative on how we could clear out mom's things, which would allow her to "stage" the home with more up-to-date furnishings. She'd check on us like a mother hen while we spent two exhausting/emotional weeks packing & giving away mom's things. One would think that she'd be calling to check on our progress, but she would call just to see how we were holding up emotionally! When it came to reviewing the bids on the house, she had managed to generate so much interest in our mom's little house that it sold for $300,000 MORE than we thought it would (with approximately 30 bids in hand!). She explained the pros and cons of what each of the highest bidders had to offer, which made it easy for us to make a good choice. Now a beautiful, young family will grow up here and share a lifetime of memories, just like my husband and his brother did! Morena and Camille represented us as sellers for our condo in Rolling Hills Estates. They were so great to work with. From the second they walked in the door they made us feel like we were the most important client with a special home. We worked with Morena back in 2017 when we first came to southern CA. Morena was simply amazing. Morena and Camille woke me up! Yes, my house was in Southern California, and across the street from an ocean cliff, but it was also built in 1957, and owned by my family since 1971. It was well-maintained, clean, but dated. Morena inspired me to paint, lay new flooring and stage all rooms. It was worth it! The listing was professionally photographed, including amazing drone shots. She and her daughter Camille Cohan sifted thru 14 initial offers and subsequent counter offers, coordinated inspections, and referred the stager, painters and flooring company. Morena has been in the business a long time, and her professionalism and patience was indicative of her experience. In the end, my family received a final offer that eased my anxiety about moving from California to Massachusetts. New England here I come!

She went above and beyond, coming to our house to discuss a marketing plan, to brainstorm the necessary "fixes" to obtain the best price for the home, and she listened to our needs to create a timeline to get the home to market quickly. She did her homework, provided us comps and gave her professional opinion so that we felt confident in our initial asking price. All offers were at or above asking price, and the house sold in less than two weeks! In addition, she organized and scheduled professionals, including landscaping, painters, and home stagers in a timely manner.
