Monte helped the reviewer buy this property

Monte made the home buying process easy

Monte and I spoke when I was not in a position to purchase but he took the time to help me get finances and make a plan to eventually get there. About a year later, I was finally ready to start looking to buy and I knew I was going to use Monte as my realtor because he took the time to help me as a first time home buyer even when he knew I wasn’t going to purchase anytime soon. He made me feel comfortable and I could always reach out and get a response quickly. Monte fought for my deal by going above and beyond when a lender backed out a week before closing. Monte made 13 different calls to lenders who closed recently and sure enough he found me a lender that was offering a 50k grant! I ended up receiving the grant AND closing with an aggressive offer that included the seller paying concessions. Could not be happier with my decisions and I genuinely don’t think I’ll use another realtor for my future purchases/ sales. Whether you’re an experienced home owner or looking to start the journey, Monte is someone who will look out for your best interest and have your back. Even if he doesn’t know the answer to your question he’ll figure it out and get back to you asap. Thank you Monte!!
