Monte was an amazing choice for our home buying process. He is not a high pressure sales person. He is very relaxed and will go at your pace. He is also extremely knowledgeable and we felt like we were in the best hands all through the process. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions. Monte took time to answer each one. He assured us through every step and just made us feel like we were being well taken care of. It was such a smooth process and so easy because of him and his knowledge. We had to sell our home in Buckeye AZ quick for out of state move. Monte was realistic and Respectful of our intent of what needed to be done and Accomplished it. He provided what was needed to sell it quick. Constant communication from buyers agent to us was so smoothe for setting up appointments and we had a contract in just 24hrs.
