He showed us tons of houses and went out of his way to point out areas of concern so we bought the best home for our future family and didn’t push us to go into a property that we didn’t like or may have had not so obvious flaws that would have been a headache later. One of my favorite qualities about Monty is he wouldn’t sugar coat something, he would tell you how it is what the options are and that honesty is something I greatly appreciated. We searched for a long time in this current market until we found an absolute gorgeous house that will be not only a safe place and affordable for us but also an investment over time. He’s incredibly knowledgeable of all the things involving the VA home loan and if he doesn’t know he quickly finds the answer instead of just telling you what you want to hear. He’s incredibly fast at responding and makes you feel like you’re his only client and not just another sale to rush through. It was a challenge for us but he was always there answering our questions.
