Monique was absolutely unbelievable!

We have been working with Monique for the better part of three years. She knew how particular we were and what type of house we were looking for. We didnt think the house that we had in mind actually existed but Monique found it, set up a showing and drew up an offer all in one day. What we didn't know was that was just the beginning of the process. Monique worked with us on every step that happens when you purchase a home. We were in contact every day and she walked us through each document that we needed to complete, the whole process was incredibly easy. We also sold a house during this time and Monique did an incredible job marketing that house, hosted two open houses over a weekend and we had two strong offers the fourth day the house was on the market. Monique was amazing and we would recommend her to anyone!
