Monique Padilla

We have been working with Monique for the better part of three years. She knew how particular we were and what type of house we were looking for. We didnt think the house that we had in mind actually existed but Monique found it, set up a showing and drew up an offer all in one day. We also sold a house during this time and Monique did an incredible job marketing that house, hosted two open houses over a weekend and we had two strong offers the fourth day the house was on the market.
