Best real estate agent ever!

This review is hard earned! I'm a first time buyer and was very nervous about purchasing my first home. I found Monique because of her excellent rating on yelp & google. Monique didn't disappoint, she was super organized, always on time, and explanatory with every step. Not to mention her patience with me and my million questions at all hours of night, day & morning. Coming from out of town, knowing I was in limited time- Monique created an itinerary for us to visit homes & open houses that I selected. She even threw in a couple she thought I'd be interested in. I was super impressed with her organization, her knowledge & skill in negotiating my purchase price, helping me expect realistic goals, and talking me down from an anxiety cliff during escrow, inspection & appraisal. I felt like I had a friend in Monique, she made me feel comfortable & confident in my decision making.
