We worked with Monique on several occasions. Her positive outlook and mannerism is truly inspiring. Monique was truly amazing and helped us purchase our home from start to finish. We weren’t sure if we wanted a townhouse or single family house and in what location. She is familiar with every corner of Tampa, and was always prepared with all the details on each house we saw (over 20). We are first time buyers, and Monnique helped us navigate all the financial and mortgage issues and even providing advice on how to lower out interest rate and sending us to-do lists to ensure our closing remained on time. Monique continues to stay in touch and tie up any loose end (garage door opener, etc.) that we need after our move in. Monique’s professionalism, organizational skills, familiarity with the area, and her sunny disposition and patience made this process enjoyable and we have the beauty house we dreamed of,
