We did not hold about asking any question, even if it might sound stupid. f)Procedure : She guided us at each step of the offer/counter-offer process and was quick to sniff out any mind games being played by the sellers. Her judgement on when to walk away/stay put was sound.          Overall, our experience was great and we would definitely recommend her to our friends.

We stumbled upon Monika through some casual conversations with friends and family. We were first time home buyers looking to engage in the market - surely but steadily. Monika was really responsive and immediately started working through the initial few homes that we liked. Per our needs, she helped us gauge the market while being cautious for the first few bids. We had a highly constrained home search due to school for our kids and access to the Bart. Monika helped navigate the pros & cons of the various areas and also kept exposing us to nuances of a winning bid. After 4-5 unsuccessful attempts, we found the right balance on our offer and successfully won the bid. We realized that winning the bid, though frustrating after the initial few failed attempts, was the easy part of the process. Our case was a bit complex, after one of the lender backed out of the pre-qual offer. With potentially the home and/or the deposit money at risk, Monika quickly helped us get in touch with the right alternative lender and worked diligently & patiently with the other agent. She not only helped us close the home and loan successfully, she did it on time while safe guarding our interest all along. We are still in touch with her as we plan to move into our new home.
