Extremely happy with the work provided by Monika. There were unfortunately problems with the deed from my home (not Monika’s fault at all- Monika unfortunately was just left to clean up someone else’s mess) which caused complications when selling my home & she worked so hard to solve the problems. She was incredibly knowledgeable with real estate & even these bizarre legality issues that popped up with this deed issue. If she didn’t know an answer- she found the answer in an extremely quick manner. With how difficult & complicated the problems were with the deed- she solved them very quickly. She did everything in her power to get everything solved as quickly as possible for me. She consulted with me before every decision, gave me her best advise (that was in my benefit- not hers), and truly worked so hard to get my house sold for the best possible price & made the process as easy as possible for me. Also, I don’t want to forget, communication- 11/10. Calls, emails, texts- all were answered almost immediately- even if it was “We’ll talk in a little bit- I’m finishing something up”. I didn’t ask how long she has been a real estate agent for- but it must be a long time- because she knows her job. Beyond well. But she looks so young- it can’t possibly be that long? I can’t say enough great things about Monika- she was just so helpful- the selling process was just so easy. I’m truly incredibly grateful for the services Monika provided for me. Overall, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. I couldn’t have picked a better agent. If you’re considering using Monika- stop here. Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Monika was a very nice and polite real estate agent. Whenever I had a question she would always answer immediately making business easy. She helped out in many things with the house and more. Her time was perfect and was a wholr mew and better experience than our first real estatr agent.

Monika was very helpful in purchasing and selling the houses for us . She was dedicated to assist our needs, never cut corners . Very professional and pleasant to work with! Monika always responded to calls and emails quickly. She had a solid understanding of the markets we were interested in as well. I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family looking for an agent.
