Monica Verinder is absolutely the best realtor we have ever experienced. She exceeded our expectations on every level. Not only did she patiently serve for nearly a year to help us find the right home, but she went above and beyond to facilitate a quick easy close while we were out of town. From managing the inspections to acquiring our insurance she absolutely handled everything with aplomb. When her inspector missed a small bathroom sink leak that we discovered on final walk through she immediately caller her plumber, had it fixed and paid for it out of pocket to ensure the close occurred. Very few professionals exhibit this type of passion for customer service, but she is one of the best.
