Buying a new home can be challenging. It takes a team. Being in good hands makes it a pleasure.
Let me begin by saying that Monica came very highly recommended by another client. We felt comfortable with this referral as we embarked on the biggest move of our life. It is a difficult decision to leave the only city you have known for 60 years. Not to mention leaving your home and comfort zone of 32 years. Since we were planning to be in the Lakewood Ranch area during the week of Thanksgiving, we arranged with Monica to see some homes. She listened attentively to our list of wants. She immediately started emailing us listings to peruse. We narrowed down our list and she scheduled appointments to see several houses in different Lakewood Ranch communities to visit during our one day before Thanksgiving. Understandably, Monica was out of town for the holiday. But she was in constant contact. This is where her assistant, Kelsey, blesses us with her magic. I was instantly drawn to Kelsey's kindness and professionalism. She picked us up at our hotel right on time and escorted us on our way to research the chosen listings. Kelsey led the way and was so helpful. We trusted her ideas, opinions and suggestions. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time if we didn't like a home and/or community. By that same token, when we entered the home I fell in love with, she was NOT pushy. She could see how excited I was...but calmly allowed me to explore on my own. Thank you, Kelsey!! Monica took action immediately, even while on a family holiday. She quickly sent comps for the Indigo development as well as the 34211 ZIP code. We studied the data, but still had questions. Monica spent an hour on the phone with us and answered every question and concern. She wrote up the contract and explained every detail. She referred us to the best attorney and inspector. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Both Monica and Kelsey responded to texts immediately as questions came up during the process.
When in good hands, take the leap!!!
